By creating an account or using MindSomo ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
What MindSomo is
MindSomo is a personal wellness app for mindful eating, habit tracking, and behavioral awareness, with optional support for people using GLP-1 medications. It is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care, and not monitored by clinicians.
Not medical advice
Nothing in the app — including the muscle-support score, GLP-1 check-in, or any insight it shows you — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app records what you enter; it does not verify medication doses, check for drug interactions, or recommend changes to your treatment. Decisions about your medication, diet, or health belong to you and your healthcare provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to persistent vomiting, inability to keep fluids down, signs of dehydration, or a mental health crisis — contact emergency services or a healthcare professional immediately. Do not rely on this app.
Eating disorder recovery content
The app's recovery-safe mode and related features are designed to support people in recovery from disordered eating, but the app is not a substitute for treatment. If you are in active treatment, follow your treatment team's guidance over anything in this app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
You own what you enter into the app (journal entries, logged meals, etc.). By using the app you grant us only the limited right to store and display that content back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to: violate any law; attempt to access another user's data; reverse-engineer or scrape the app or its backend; or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Third-party services
Meal search and barcode lookup are powered by FatSecret. Availability of that feature depends on FatSecret's service and our own infrastructure, and isn't guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any score, insight, or calculation (including the muscle-support score) is accurate for your specific situation — see the Health Data Note in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daphne G. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on information you entered or the app displayed. [This section needs jurisdiction-specific legal review — liability limitations for health-adjacent apps carry real legal weight and a generic clause is not sufficient on its own.]
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
